Our library is organized in a unique book-sorting system, devised by Gabi Beki (the first head librarian), following the work done by Michael Avi Yona at the Jerusalem library.

This system is different from other libraries, as it is based on geographical-topical sorting. Each geographic region is represented by a modern country or countries. Within each area, there is dividing between different subjects such as history, archaeology, religion, and more. Those topics appear in the same order within each region. Those topics are represented by the four digits number of the call number.
